If an item with tracking is missing a missing items case must first be lodged with the post office, if the product is not located within the estimated time we will provide store credit or resend the product.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition with tags to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or you will not be refunded. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Return at buyers expense.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
